Grotescor, The Lost Worm, is a Unique Scavenging Tunneler found in the Realm of the Banished in Act V of Diablo III.
In combat, it has Orbiter, Desecrator, Extra Health and Fast affixes. In return, Grotescor is completely immobile, as its sheer size does not allow it to move in the narrow bridges of the Realm.
