Hellskull is a Legendary Crusader Shield in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop.
Before the Heavenly Strength was changed in 2.0.5, it removed the skill's movement speed penalty, while it now increases the damage a Crusader can do with it. With Holy Cause, this shield can fully negate the penalty of Heavenly Strength.
Without the mentioned passive skill, this shield will have no effect, though one can use Kanai's Cube passive power to bypass this limitation (by cubing Hellskull and equipping a two-handed weapon without any shield).
