Incense Torch of the Grand Temple is a legendary daibo for the Monk in Diablo III. It requires character level 50 to drop.
The special property makes the Wave of Light cost more reasonable. Prior to patch 2.1, it used to refund the Spirit cost when hitting several enemies at once.
Bonus to Wave of Light damage can still roll 10-15% as a random affix.
While the name of the weapon suggests it has to come with Fire Damage, actually it may roll any Elemental Damage type.
