This Rune Word can only be created by Ladder characters. The Conviction aura provided by this runeword maximizes the effects of the high-level Chain Lightning that the weapon produces. The aura and reduction of enemy lightning resistances make it even better if used by a Sorceress focused on Lightning Spells since it makes a Lightning Immune monster vulnerable to Lightning. Note that the decrease in enemies' Lightning Resistance will NOT increase the Sorceress' damage if it's on your mercenary.
