Karyna is a minor non-player character in Diablo III. The player finds her in the Chamber of Queen Araneae, stuck in a spider web. After the player frees her from captivity, she reveals that she stole a staff of one of the Khazra Shamans, who tried to hunt her down, forcing her to flee into the cavern where she got captured by Queen Araneae.
