Lamentation

Lamentation is a legendary mighty belt for the Barbarian in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop.

It was the only belt in game to roll Critical Hit Chance past Patch 2.0, and until Patch 2.1.

The unique affix allows Rend to stack twice on the same target. However, it only applies to the Bleed damage itself: other effects do not stack. It should also be noted that applying the second stack will not refresh the duration of the first stack. With Bloodbath rune, it allows three separate bleed effects to damage a single foe at a time: two stacks of Rend + independent Bloodbath stack.

As of patch 2.6.7a, it also increases the damage of Rend.
