Lightsabre is a unique Phase Blade from Diablo II: Lord of Destruction.

Besides enhanced physical damage, the Lightsabre deals additional Lightning and Magic damage. Although enemies that are resistant or immune to Lightning damage appear frequently by Hell mode, it is far rarer to find an enemy immune to magic damage. The combined physical, Lightning, and magic damage of the Lightsabre makes it a reliable weapon against a variety of enemies.

The Lightsabre's ability to ignore a target's defense does not guarantee a hit, but increases the chances significantly. This, in conjunction with the Mana drain property, makes the Lightsabre a useful weapon for melee fighters with low Energy.

Among the Lightsabre's other bonuses include a very large increase to Light Radius (which may be of more use to ranged fighters than melee fighters) and a boost to lightning Absorption.
