Lister the Tormentor is summoned by Baal in the Throne of Destruction in Act V. He is the leader of the Minions of Destruction and the final wave of minions summoned by Baal. He has health regeneration and Spectral Hit so he can be hard to kill with the other Minions of Destruction around.
