Lost Time is a legendary Phylactery for the Necromancer in Diablo III. It requires character level 30 to drop.
The unique affix applies to any Necromancer skill with Cold damage. Duration of each stack is refreshed any time any Cold skill successfully damages a foe.

- Cold skills reduce the movement speed of enemies by 30% and in addition, increase the Necromancer's movement speed by 4–5% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.

The hourglass glows with the essence of several lives that ended too soon.
