Otzi the Cursed, Infected Creature of Death, is a Unique Accursed found in the Western Channel in Act II of Diablo III. He can occasionally spawn in the Eastern Channel as well.
In combat, he has Plagued and Teleporter affixes, and his melee blows deal high additional Poison damage.
