Plaguewrath in-game
Plaguewrath is a Unique Poison Spitter found on Level 10, the second level of the Caves. It looks the same as Chaoshowler which is also a Poison Spitter.
Because of constant spitting, caves open terrain and maze floor to walk, it's one of the most dangerous things to face in the game no matter the character, at least it's only a Poison Spitter.
