Punish is a Primary skill for the Crusader.

In-gameEdit

Melee strike that, on each attack, increases the Block chance (Hardened Senses buff does not stack). While it only hits one enemy, the single-target damage and Proc Coefficient are greater than those of other Primary skills.

RunesEdit

  • Roar: damage type changes to Fire, and each successful block with Hardened Senses active deals 75% damage as Fire to enemies within 15 yards of the Crusader.
  • Celerity: each successful block with Hardened Senses active increases attack speed by 15% for 3 sec. This effect does not stack.
  • Rebirth: each successful block with Hardened Senses active increases Life regeneration for 2 seconds. This effect does not stack, and scales with level, up to 12847 at level 70.
  • Retaliate: damage type changes to Holy, and each successful block with Hardened Senses active causes the attacker to suffer 140% damage as Holy.
  • Fury: damage type changes to Lightning, and each successful block with Hardened Senses active increases the Critical Hit Chance by 15%. This effect does not stack, and fades after the next Crusader's damaging attack.

Non-rune enhancementsEdit

  • Angel Hair Braid (Legendary Belt): gain effects of all runes (damage type selected manually by applying a rune the usual way).
  • Depth Diggers (Legendary Pants): damage increases by 80-100%.
  • Simplicity's Strength (Legendary Gem): increases damage by 25% (+0.5% per rank) and heals the character for 4% of maximum Life per hit (rank 25 bonus).
  • Boyarsky's Chip (Legendary Gem): Taunts the first enemy hit for 2 seconds (rank 25 bonus).
  • Thorns of the Invoker Set (Set Bonus for 2 items): after hitting an enemy with Punish or blocking an attack, Thorns damage increases by 35% for 2 seconds, stacking up to 25 times.
  • Thorns of the Invoker Set (Set Bonus for 6 items): attack speed of Punish increases by 50%, and the first enemy it hits takes 800% of Thorns damage.
