Rathma's Skeletal Legplates are a pants piece of the Bones of Rathma set in Diablo III.
They require character level 70 to drop, and can only drop at Torment difficulty. Only Necromancers can equip them.

Set Bonuses:
- Permanent Minions reduce the cooldown of Army of the Dead by 0.5 second each time they deal damage. Skeletal Warriors respawn faster, and Revived no longer expire (2 pieces)
- Minions no longer take damage. Gain 1% damage reduction for 15 seconds each time one of the minions deals damage, stacking up to 75 times (4 pieces)
- Each active permanent minion increases the damage of Bone Spirit and Army of the Dead by 500%, up to 9000% (6 pieces)
The bones of many creatures have been artfully arranged in this protective armor that is based on Rathma's own design.
