Rathma's Spikes are a Pauldrons piece of the Bones of Rathma set in Diablo III.
They require character level 70 to drop, and can only drop at Torment difficulty. Only Necromancers can equip them.

- Reduces cooldown of all skills by 5.0–8.0%.
- +4 Random Magic Properties
Set Bonuses:
- Permanent Minions reduce the cooldown of Army of the Dead by 0.5 second each time they deal damage. Skeletal Warriors respawn faster, and Revived no longer expire (2 pieces)
- Minions no longer take damage. Gain 1% damage reduction for 15 seconds each time one of the minions deals damage, stacking up to 75 times (4 pieces)
- Each active permanent minion increases the damage of Bone Spirit and Army of the Dead by 500%, up to 9000% (6 pieces)
