Rejuvenation Potions are found in Diablo and Diablo II. Both the regular and the full version of the rejuvenation potions give Life and Mana. The regular version of the Rejuvenation Potions give only a portion of a characters maximum life and mana while the full versions give restore the full amount of life and mana for that character, regardless of a characters maximum life and mana.

Diablo IEdit

In Diablo I, Potions of Rejuvenation are yellow. Rejuvenation potions fill the life and mana bulbs instantly, rather than regenerating slowly. A full rejuvenation potion yields instant full health and mana, regardless of the amount of health and mana that the character is missing. A partial rejuvenation potion gives the same amount of health and mana as a partial health and mana potion as a flat amount.

Partial and Full rejuvenation potions are sold randomly by Adria the Witch. Pepin the Healer offers several partial rejuvenation potions every time, but they do not appear in unlimited numbers. He offers full rejuvenation potions less often, and usually just one or two at a time. Both types of rejuvenation potions are dropped by monsters and chests, but not as frequently as Healing and Mana Potions.

Diablo IIEdit

In Diablo II, Rejuvenation Potions changed from yellow to purple. Rejuvenation Potions are a popular choice to many players, as rejuvenation potions heal in percentages rather than points, making them more beneficial than super (mana or health) potions at very high health/mana levels on characters. It is not uncommon to see a player stuffing his/her entire belt with Full Rejuvenation Potions before a tough fight.

Town merchants do not sell Rejuvenation Potions, but both types can be created with the use of the Horadric Cube:

A Rejuvenation Potion can be created by transmuting 3 Healing Potions (any type), 3 Mana Potions (any type), and 1 chipped Gem or Skull.

A Full Rejuvenation Potion can be created by transmuting one of two possible recipes:

  1. 3 Rejuvenation Potions
  2. 3 Healing Potions (any type), 3 Mana Potions (any type), and 1 normal-grade Gem or Skull.

Both types of Rejuvenation Potion can be found using Barbarian's Find Potion skill:

  • Rejuvenation Potion in Act 1, Act2, Act3 and the Secret Cow Level on Normal difficulty level.
  • Full Rejuvenation Potion in Act4 and Act5 on Normal difficulty level and everywhere on Nightmare and Hell.
