This runeword has more value than it may appear. Cannot be Frozen is quite powerful, as you can never be slowed by Cold attacks outside of Holy Freeze. This attribute is especially useful in Hell difficulty where many monsters have Cold damage in their attacks and the duration of the chill effect lasts long enough to make this attribute essential for melee characters in Hell difficulty. It also has the highest Magic Find attribute in a shield outside of using Ist runes in a socketed shield
