Tal Rasha's Guardianship is the most difficult part of the set to drop because its low quality level is offset by a very high quality base item. Although most useful for Sorceresses in completing or partially completing Tal Rasha's Wrappings, it would have use to characters interested in boosting resistances to fire, cold, and lightning. Its low strength requirements and high magic find also make it sought after.
