Temporal Armor was a Wizard active skill in early builds of Diablo III.

It was supposed to create a protective shell around the character, absorbing all damage from an attack every X seconds. The shell would dissipate after absorbing X attacks.

This skill does not appear in the game, although Ancient Guardian uses a similar mechanic. The idea of Arcane armor was partially reimplemented in form of Energy Armor.
