The Grand Vizier is a legendary staff in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop.
Prior to patch 2.0., it was the best non-combat weapon for Eirena due to massive Gold and Magic Find bonus. In its current state, it may not roll these stats anymore.
The unique affix only affects the base cost of the Meteor: Arcane Power expenditure of the Star Pact rune does not change.
