The Laws of Seph is a legendary spirit stone for the Monk in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop.
It turns a Blinding Flash into an effective Spirit regenerator, refilling a considerable portion of Spirit with each cast. In the endgame, however, it becomes irrelevant, as most players choose Epiphany.

Seph the Patriarch, for whom this stone was named, was famed for illuminating concepts in a way that led to epiphanies in his students. In much the same way, this spirit stone casts the glorious light generated by its wearer deep inside the monk’s soul as well as outward to blind enemies.
