The orb is known for having a chance to reset the cooldown of Teleport skill. It can be useful if one wants to free a passive slot from Illusionist, but is otherwise losing to the said passive. The property resembles a similar effect on The Oculusorb from the previous game.
Obviously, use of this orb is entirely pointless if one has the Aether Walker.
