The Short Man's Finger is a Legendary ring in Diablo III, added in patch 2.2.0. It requires character level 31 to drop. It was originally exclusive to Season Three, but drops for normal characters as well since its end.

The unique affix is, in fact, summoning 3 Gargantuan zombies instead of one; each of them has +350% more Life and deals more damage (both melee blows and skill rune effects) than the original, even though they are smaller. Simple math leads to conclusion that three lesser Gargantuans will possess a total of 13.5 times more Toughness and 18-22.5 times more damage than one unmodified Gargantuan.

This finger belonged to an Umbaru priest who had lost his legs and would summon smaller gargantuans to carry him to rituals. Although he has long since gone to Mbwiru Eikura, his finger remains a conduit to his strange practices.
