The Worldstone Chamber is part of the Worldstone Keep where Baal resides. It is also the resting place of the Worldstone.
Presumably, the Worldstone Chamber and Worldstone Keep were destroyed along with a large portion of Mount Arreat when Tyrael destroyed the Worldstone.
