The Tribe of the Five Hills is an Umbaru tribe. It frequently engages in tribal warfare with the tribes of the Seven Stones and Clouded Valley so that they may replenish their supply of raw materials for the human sacrifices that their civilization revolves around.
Like the rest of the Umbaru, the Tribe of the Five Hills is in a period of social upheaval due to an incident concerning their most current war.
