Uliana's Burden is a Pants piece of the Uliana's Stratagem set in Diablo III, added in patch 2.3.0.
They only drop at character level 70, and only at Torment difficulty. Note that these can only be worn by Monks.

- Seven-Sided Strike deals 777% of its total damage with each hit, and applying Exploding Palm reduces damage taken by 77% for 7 seconds (4 pieces)
- Increases damage of Exploding Palm by 9000%, and Seven-Sided Strike detonates Exploding Palm on hit (6 pieces)
