They're supposed to be open fields and yet they're surrounded by inexplicable stone walls. There are also squares with dense foliage inside, as if they were community gardens. You know, the way they're planned has all the makings of a future city!
I have had previous mayoral experience in the Sim City games. I would know how to plan a new city. I would turn the Rogue Encampment into a castle, and develop the Blood Moor and Cold Plains into a major new city. The caves would either be sewers or an underground promenade of shopping centers. I'd have to raise construction capital by fighting monsters and selling their loot first.
Alas, the mayoral dynamic doesn't exist in Diablo II. --ENG 12:55, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
