Changes: Wirt's Original Leg

Wirt's Original Leg is a semi-legendary item which drops from the corpse of Bishibosh. The corpse can randomly spawn (not all the time) in Den of the Fallen Level 2, an underground cave in The Weeping Hollow. This is a novelty item. This is NOT a guaranteed drop.

Trivia

This item is a nod to Wirt, one of the NPCs in the first game in the Diablo series. It may also be a reference to Wirt's Leg, the peg leg found in the second game when Wirt's corpse is looted in the ruins of Tristram.
